All Officers, Airmen and Airwomen will complete Initial Training, learning everything from leadership and management, to specialised ground defence and weapons handling. After this you'll complete specific employment training relevant to your chosen job. This could include leading a team of soldiers or teaming up with a pilot to operate electronic warfare equipment onboard the new Super Hornet. Learn more
